Where do you deliver?

We deliver everywhere in the continental US via United States Postal Service (USPS).  If you need a GemCake™ somewhere else in the world, give us a call first at 877.693.3891 and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

When will my order be shipped and when will it arrive?

Unless a specific shipping date is specified during checkout in the box provided, your order will ship according to the charts shown below based on the shipping method selected.  Our shipping schedule is designed to ensure that GemCakes™ arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.  Please note that standard shipping is via USPS Priority which is typically second day arrival but is not guaranteed and can be up to three days.  USPS Express is guaranteed overnight arrival.




Can I delay shipping so my order arrives on a specific date?

Yes. During the check out process, you will have the option of selecting a specific delivery date.  Use the charts above as a guide or call us at 877.693.3891 for assistance with getting your gift delivered on the date you wish. 

How are GemCakes™ packaged for shipping?

GemCakes™ and all of our bakery products are carefully wrapped and tucked into each GemBox. Our specially designed shipping cartons provide added protection to ensure that each GemCake™ and beautiful GemBox arrives in perfect condition.

Will I be able to track my package?

You will receive an email confirming your order. When your package is shipped, another email will be sent with your USPS tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

How should a GemCake™ be stored when it arrives?

Our GemCakes™ and other confections are lusciously moist. Removing them from their decorative GemBoxes and storing them in an air tight container is best. We recommend refrigerating or freezing them after three days. Each GemCake™ comes with storage instructions and serving suggestions for the recipient.

How do I place quantity orders going to the same address?

Contact us directly. That way we can provide you with the most cost effective means of packaging and shipping your order.

Can Gemstone help me with favors for a reception or party or create a custom program for my business?

Absolutely!  Call us toll free at 877-693-3891 or e-mail us at info@gemstoneconfections.com to tell us what you need.   We can design a unique program to fit just about any occasion or need.  In some cases, a minimum order size and/or minimum lead time may be required.

What is your customer satisfaction policy?

We want every customer and recipient of our products to be completely satisfied. If you feel something needs our attention please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 877.693.3891.

Is your online ordering secure?

Yes! Our online secure server encrypts all of your information to ensure your credit and personal information is safe and secure during the ordering procedure.

What do you do with my personal information you collect?

Gemstone Confections will only use your personal information to process your order, to contact you regarding your order or for future Gemstone Confections’ notifications.  We do not sell your information or share your information with anyone beyond what is needed to fulfill your order.
